Jesus Heals the Bartimaeus, the Blind Man

Jesus Heals the Bartimaeus the Blind Man

One day, Jesus and his disciples came to Jericho and many people gathered around them. There was a city Jericho there lived the blind man, the Bartimaeus. Bartimaeus was a blind beggar from his childhood by birth. He was sitting by the roadside in the city of Jericho. He heard Jesus was performing many miracles by the help of his living God. Bartimaeus came to know the power of Jesus. He heard about Jesus as he had come to Galilee to heal the diseases of people.

One day when Jesus was passing by his way Bartimaeus did not wanted to miss the golden opportunity in his life. She shouted in the crowd of many people. “Jesus, son of David, have mercy on me.” And Jesus asked him what do you want me to do for you? Bartimaeus asked “Please touch me so that I might receive my eye sight!” Jesus said, “Your faith has made you whole.” Immediately blind man Bartimaeus regain his sight and followed Jesus.

So, dear believers nothing is impossible for God because when we show faith and pray regularly whatever problems we may have in our day to day life like problems at home, workplace, physical, mental and spiritual, economical, social etc. Let us start showing the faith so that we can be the testimony for others and share the word of God.
