Philip and the Ethiopian Eunuch Story

Philip and the Ethiopian Eunuch Story is all about to understand the word of God. Acts 8:26-40


Jesus had twelve disciples and Philip was one of them. Philip was very busy in sharing the word of God which will be very useful for everyone. That time an Angel headed him Philip depart now there he saw a significant officeholder he was from Ethiopia. Ethiopian castrate was interested to read the book of Prophet Isaiah. Philip runs alongside the Chariot to talk to the Ethiopian. Philip said to Ethiopian Eunuch my dear brother, are you able to understand what you are reading right now?

He said to Philip dear brother I don’t think that this is easy for me to understand but if somebody explains me then it will become easy for me. The officer said to slow down his Chariot so that Philip can join and explain him. The Ethiopian was reading this but not able to understand meaning “He was similar to a sheep costing contribute to be killed he stated nothing, and passed away without child to go forward his fellowship.” He ask to Philip please explain me about whom the prophet speaking about?

Philip explains to the officer that Isaiah was writing about Jesus. While they were travelling and Philip explains about the word of God to Ethiopian man his faith was increased and believed in Jesus Christ. After some time the chariot comes near a stream Ethiopian man ask look water is here is some water so can we take baptism now? Philip asks Ethiopian man if you show faith that Jesus Christ is the saviour with whole heartedly it will be good in the Lord’s side.

Then they decided to stop the Chariot for baptism and as God’s plan Philip baptizes Ethiopian man. They came out of water and Philip went as God guided him. Ethiopian man was feeling like a new soul and his new life begins to make a transformation and to motivate others.
